THOUGHTFUL RESPONSE TEAMS. Volunteer with us! CIA is looking for volunteers who want to be present to the current situation in New Orleans, learn about our community, pray with us, and strategize better ways of living with one another after your trip. More...

                    In order to create a more thoughtful response to our current situation, Contemplatives in Action connects volunteers to the current projects in and around New Orleans. We work with schools, homeless shelters, elderly care facilities, rebuilding agencies, children's programs, and coastal restoration groups. We offer on-the-ground support, schedule your work and housing and offer justice-focused conversations and activities.   View our Thoughtful Response Team Packet for more information.
